Well, we know Ukraine is not a formal member of NATO. But look, when you see him shoulder to shoulder with these NATO member nations' leaders there, you've got to wonder if this "Coalition of the Willing" isn't just a nicer way of including Mr. Zelenskyy in that. And, really, one of the cards that they have to play and others have to play, including the United States, are sanctions against Russia. I'm talking about sanctions on Russian oil and maybe even punishing other countries that buy oil from Russia. How much of that will be a huge playing card in the days ahead? The United States has two major tools to influence Putin. One is the sanctions. As you note, this idea of secondary sanctions has been quite popular in Congress, and the United States just instituted another wave of sanctions, not the secondary sanctions. But the other tool is military aid, and the United States came very close to providing Tomahawk missiles, which might have been very helpful to Ukraine. That's still on the table. And as the United States and Putin become increasingly frustrated with Russia's attitudes, then I think you'll see more willingness to use these tools.
