Spring storm brings snow to Pacific Northwest
A spring storm is bringing historic snowfall for April to Portand, Oregon, and blizzard warnings in the Dakotas. The same system is expected to trigger severe storms in the Plains and South. Weather Channel meteorologist Mike Bettes has the forecast.
