President Obama spoke Thursday from the White House after a Supreme Court split that ultimately blocks his executive action on immigration. The court voted to a 4-4 tie, upholding a lower court's ruling which deemed Obama's plan to shield millions of undocumented immigrants from deportation as unconstitutional.
