Southern cold snap pushes power companies to brink

More than 20,000 customers lost power in western North Carolina, and demand for electricity nearly set a winter record for the Tennessee Valley Authority, where the average temperature for the seven-state region it serves was just four degrees. Mark Strassmann reports.
