Heavy rain saturates land and triggers mudslides in Southern California

Heavy rain has saturated areas of Southern California that were scorched by the Woolsey and Hill Fires, creating hazardous mudslides in the region. The storms have been wreaking havoc over the last couple of days. CBS News correspondent Carter Evans reports from California.
