Snowstorm brings East Coast to standstill
A state of emergency has been declared in Delaware and New Jersey, and schools in at least seven states cancelled class or sent students home early as a massive winter storm slammed the East Coast. Some cities were expecting to get hit with as much as a foot of snow. Vinita Nair reports.
