In two locations, Milano and Cortina, officially launching the Winter Games. Kelly O'Grady is here again. She is in Milan to set the scene for us. Kelly, good morning. Hey, there, Vlad. Yes, as you said, at these games, they are being billed as the Milano Cortina Olympics, but the events are actually being held in four separate regions of Italy. It's making for the most spread out Winter Games in history. Now, the theme, as we talked about earlier, of the Opening Ceremony was harmony. And organizers are taking great strides to incorporate that in every aspect of the experience. [MUSIC PLAYING] From the snow-capped Italian Alps to the bustling downtown of Italy's second-largest city, the Winter Games are putting Northern Italy on the global stage. But getting around won't be easy. Milan, where Hockey and Figure Skating events will be held, is nearly five hours from Cortina, which will host Alpine Skiing, Bobsled, and Curling. Add to that, the mountain villages of Livigno, Predazzo, and others, where other competitions will happen, it all makes this the most spread out Olympic Winter Games in history. It's about creating the environment for which everybody feels welcome. And Italy is a small country who has given a lot around the world.

Cortina had the honors for the 1956 Winter Games, but this is the first time Milan, best known as a world fashion capital, is hosting the global sporting spectacle. This week, the city combined the two, with Olympic athletes hitting the catwalk. And the world is also getting a taste of Northern Italy, namely pizza. With both athletes-- I've actually had pizza every single day, for pretty much every single meal besides breakfast.

Rubbing salt in the wound. Can you-- OK-- [ITALIAN] Wait, you can definitely freeze that pizza and bring it home. Just don't say anything to Customs.
