Sen. Katie Britt says Democrats need to "do the right thing" and reopen government

Republican Sen. Katie Britt told "Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan" her party is willing to negotiate on Affordable Care Act subsidies, but she pushed Democrats to "do the right thing" and vote to end the government shutdown first. She also praised President Trump's push to lower in vitro fertilization costs.
