Scott Peterson, convicted of killing his wife and unborn child, back in court seeking new trial
Scott Peterson, who was convicted 20 years ago of killing his wife and their unborn child, appeared in court Tuesday to request a new trial. The Los Angeles Innocence Project has taken up Peterson's case and is requesting new advanced DNA testing on what it believes could be key pieces of evidence. Jonathan Vigliotti has the story.
