Scorching heat prompts rule change at U.S. Open

More than 50 million people in the central and northeastern U.S. are under a heat advisory or warning. The National Weather Service says it will feel as hot as 105 degrees in some areas, from Washington to Boston. Michelle Miller reports on how the heat led to a rule change at the U.S. Open in New York.
