Ryan hails tax cut plan as "exceeding expectations"
House Speaker Paul Ryan and Republican leadership celebrated the last Tax Day under the nation's old tax code. Ryan said the Republican-crafted tax plan is "improving peoples lives every day, even on Tax Day."
