Rouhani to Charlie Rose: Iran must be able to assert its legal rights on nukes

The United States and Iran are about to have their highest-level talks in more than 30 years. Secretary of State John Kerry is to meet with Iran's foreign minister and others in an effort to restart negotiations over Iran's nuclear program. Iran's new president, Hassan Rouhani, tells the Washington Post he would like to reach a nuclear agreement in the next three to six months. In an interview with Rouhani, Charlie Rose asked what Iran would be willing to give up to make a deal.
