Republican governors unveil “Border Strike Force” as migrant detentions rise
More than two dozen Republican governors have announced the creation of what they call the “American Governors’ Border Strike Force.” It comes as the Department of Homeland Security reports March had the highest single-month tally of arrests at the U.S.-Mexico border in 22 years.
