Reports: Germanwings co-pilot treated for mental illness

German media reports say Andreas Lubitz, the co-pilot blamed for the crash of Germanwings Flight 9525, may have suffered eye problems and was being treated by psychologists and neurologists. Allen Pizzey has the latest on the investigation into the crash, which killed 150 people.
