Rep. Steve Cohen holds up chicken statuette, calls attorney general "Chicken Barr"
Tennessee Democratic Congressman Steve Cohen called Attorney General William Barr a chicken for not testifying before the House Judiciary Committee about special counsel Robert Mueller's report on Russian interference in the 2016 election and President Trump's efforts to stop Mueller's investigation. Barr testified the day before at a Senate hearing.
