Rep. Loudermilk says man seen taking photo was snapping picture of "golden eagle sconce"
Rep. Barry Loudermilk told CBS News' Nikole Killion that a guest he took on a tour inside the Capitol complex the day before the Jan. 6 attack was not taking a photo of a stairwell, but of a "golden eagle sconce" on a wall.
