Rep. Clyburn: Removing Confederate flag may be "long, drawn-out process"

South Carolina Rep. Jim Clyburn, the highest ranking African-American member in Congress, is praising that state's Gov. Nikki Haley for her call to remove the Confederate flag from state capitol grounds. However, the Congressman does not expect a quick decision from his state's legislators. Charlie Rose reports.
