Raphael Warnock delivers remarks as votes continue to be counted in Georgia
Democratic Senate candidate Raphael Warnock delivered remarks Tuesday night as votes were still being counted in the Georgia runoff elections. Despite no official call being made at the time, Warnock said, "I am going to the Senate to work for all of Georgia, no matter who you cast your vote for in this election."
