Questions over Trump's plan to avoid conflicts of interest

The government's top ethics official calls President-elect Donald Trump's plan to avoid conflicts of interest "wholly inadequate" and "meaningless." Mr. Trump says he and his daughter Ivanka will step down from their roles at the Trump Organization, handing over control to his sons, Eric and Donald Jr. Anna Werner reports on concerns that those steps don't go far enough.
