Vice President Joe Biden told the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland that Russian President Vladimir Putin is trying to undermine the U.S. and Europe. Putin denies trying to influence the U.S. election, and called allegations his country attempted to collect information to blackmail President-elect Donald Trump "total nonsense."
