Puppies rescued from bag in river
Two men kayaking down the Blackstone River in Uxbridge, Mass. rescued six puppies they found tied up in a bag, floating downstream, on Sunday. The pups are being cared for by animal control as officers look for a possible suspect. WPRI reporter Steve Nielsen has the story.
