Puerto Rico under hurricane watch as Dorian takes aim
People waited in long lines Monday for food, generators and other supplies in preparation for Dorian, which is currently a tropical storm. Parts of Puerto Rico are still reeling almost two years after Hurricane Maria. CBS News climate and weather contributor Jeff Berardelli has more.
