Proposal to make White Sands a national park faces hurdles

Most national parks across the country remain closed due to the partial government shutdown. But that hasn't stopped all tourists from visiting. Before the shutdown, lawmakers proposed a bipartisan bill to make New Mexico's White Sands National Monument America's next national park. Mark Strassmann reports.
