President Trump strikes softer tone in Congress address
President Trump's first address to the joint session of Congress was noticeably different from his inaugural address. In a CBS News poll, 82 percent of people who saw the speech called Mr. Trump presidential, and 61 percent said the president's tone was very positive. Margaret Brennan reports.
