President-elect Trump aims to grow support for Rex Tillerson

Mr. Trump will hold a technology summit with Silicon Valley CEOs Wednesday afternoon. They represent a community that mostly wanted Hillary Clinton to be the next president. On Tuesday night, the president-elect cheered his secretary of state nominee and House Speaker Paul Ryan in front of supporters in a Milwaukee suburb. Nancy Cordes reports on the Trump transition.
