Police arrest suspect in Iraqi refugee murder case
Dallas police have arrested someone they believe was involved in the murder of an Iraqi refugee. Surveillance video of the attack shows the refugee was shot and killed while taking pictures of his first snowfall. There is no evidence that this was a hate crime against Muslims at this time.
