Philadelphia woman accused of trying to join ISIS
The Department of Justice announced the arrest of Keonna Thomas, 30, of Philadelphia for allegedly attempting to travel to Syria and join ISIS. Thomas allegedly went so far as acquiring a visa to enter Turkey, which is a common route used to enter Syria. Paula Reid joins CBSN from Washington with the latest.
