Perry: "No obligation to make things easier for the abortionists"
After a filibuster in the Texas legislature successfully stymied a bill restricting abortion rights, Gov. Rick Perry, R-Texas, announced he would recall the legislature to take up the measure again, saying he's "under no obligation to make things easier for the abortionists."
