People renew their DACA application
It has been a year since President Trump announced plans to end the deferred action for childhood arrivals (DACA) program, which shields young undocumented people from deportation and allows them to work in the U.S. While the program is in limbo, recipients can renew their applications -- and last week in San Francisco, many did.
