Penn State issues new rules for fraternities after student death
Following the death of a student at Penn State earlier this year, the university announced a crackdown on fraternities and sororities on Friday. Among the changes are a ban on hard alcohol and a zero-tolerance policy for hazing. Jericka Duncan reports.
