Pence rallies in Florida to replace Obamacare with GOP health care plan
Vice President Mike Pence visited Jacksonville, Florida, to discuss the GOP's proposed health care plan. He said that the new plan would allow each state to decide on the Medicaid benefits for its residents. He also said able-bodied people would be required to work to receive Medicaid benefits.
