Pelosi: "Strange" that GOP being trained how to run against women

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., finds it odd Republicans have to be taught how to run against women without offending female voters, though she added, "They've made an art of running against women in ways that we think are inappropriate."
