Peace Corps red tape blamed for slow medical help after service

An internal Peace Corps report exposes deep problems at the agency when it comes to health care for volunteers returning home. Each year, some 1,400 volunteers come back sick or injured. Kris Van Cleave investigates the bureaucratic maze that's leaving some with little help and less support.
