Paul Ryan: Republicans should campaign in lower-income neighborhoods

Speaker Paul Ryan says he believes presidential candidates should compete “for the votes of everybody in this country no matter who they are.” The former vice presidential candidate says avoiding those neighborhoods is "a mistake that's been made" in previous campaigns.
