Paul Ryan accuses Democrats of holding funding "hostage" ahead of shutdown

House Speaker Paul Ryan on Tuesday accused Democrats of holding government funding "hostage" over an issue unrelated to the budget. Ryan also reiterated that he wouldn't put immigration legislation on the floor that does not have the support of President Trump. On the Democrats' House Intel memo, Ryan said that he favored its release if it's first scrubbed for sources and methods.
