Operator Relief Fund is a new approach to help veterans of global war on terror
As Americans remember the nearly 3,000 people killed on 9/11, a new fund will help veterans of the global war on terror gain access to specialized services to address traumatic brain injury, stress disorders and substance abuse, among other challenges.
