Oklahoma jailhouse video appears to show staff ignoring dying inmate
In 2015, Terral Ellis Jr. turned himself in to authorities at Ottawa County Jail in Oklahoma. Less than two weeks later, he was dead. Newly public surveillance video appears to show workers at the jail failing to respond to repeated calls for help from Ellis, who died from sepsis and pneumonia.
