Officers who saved Utah baby in river heard mysterious "voice"
Officers who saved a baby trapped in a car in an icy Utah river for up to 14 hours say they heard a mysterious voice coming from the wreck asking for help. As CBSN's Vladimir Duthiers reports, the baby survived, but the mom was killed in a crash.
