Obamacare enrollment deadline pushed to March 31
The Obama administration is saying people who need health insurance will get an extra six weeks to enroll without a penalty. Congress will question four of the contractors behind the criticized HealthCare.gov website on Thursday. "CBS This Morning" national correspondent Jan Crawford reports.
