Obama: Trade not a "silver bullet" to produce growth
Hailing signs of deepening trade relations between America and the European Union, President Obama said, "Trade is critical, but it is not alone a silver bullet - it has to be part of a comprehensive strategy that we pursue on both sides of the Atlantic" to produce growth.
