Obama torn between demands of Syria red-line pledge and inherent risks of attack

During a meeting with Baltic leaders, President Obama said a U.S. strike in Syria will not be an "open-ended commitment." Advisers say the president is appalled by the chemical weapons carnage but is visibly hesitant because he knows the country is, too. Major Garrett reports.
