Obama, Merkel questioned about arming Ukrainian troops
President Obama met German Chancellor Angela Merkel Monday in an effort to figure out an approach to ending the war in Ukraine. The major question the two leaders faced involved the arming of Ukrainian troops in their fight against Russian-backed rebels. Major Garrett reports.
