Obama: History shows "the power of fear"
Former President Barack Obama acknowledged these are "strange and uncertain times" during a speech honoring the late South African leader Nelson Mandela. At one point, Mr. Obama discussed the "power of fear," saying "history shows the lasting hold of greed and the desire to dominate others in the minds of many."
