NTSB releases report on fatal Virgin Galactic spaceship crash

A new report released by the National Transportation Safety Board states that the co-pilot involved in a spaceship crash that killed another pilot during a test run was not aware of a system malfunction that unlocked the ship's "feather" system too early.
