North Carolina teen takes plea deal after being beaten by police

16-year-old Hayden Long was tackled, beaten and tased by hospital guards and local police after his mother took him to the E.R. for help with what she says was a mental health episode. The boy was charged with misdemeanor assault after spitting on an officer, and underage drinking. His mother says he took a plea deal to avoid being tried as an adult. CBS News correspondent Janet Shamlian reports.
