North Carolina governor urges residents to take evacuations seriously ahead of Hurricane Florence
Over the last two days, nearly a quarter of a million people along North Carolina's Outer Banks have been ordered inland as Hurricane Florence approaches. Gov. Roy Cooper urged everyone in the state to take the storm seriously. CBS News correspondent Mark Strassmann reports.
