New York voters head to the polls for key congressional races
A special election is underway in New York's 19th Congressional District, where Democrats have tried to make the race about abortion rights. In the 12th Congressional District, two Democratic heavyweights, Representatives Jerry Nadler and Carolyn Maloney, and two other challengers are squaring off in a primary election.
