New U.N. climate report paints dim picture about world's oceans

A highly anticipated U.N climate change report out Wednesday morning is raising alarm about the world's oceans. More than 100 scientists spent the last three years looking at the impact of climate change on the seas. Mark Phillips reports from Monaco where the findings were released.
