New regulations take effect to prevent furniture tip-over injuries, deaths
A new safety standard takes effect today forcing manufacturers to take additional steps to prevent tip-over injuries from furniture. But consumers need to be aware that any furniture manufactured prior to today is not covered. Most important, advocates urge parents to anchor their furniture for safety.
