New mammogram guidelines say screenings should start at 40

An increase in breast cancer diagnoses has prompted the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force to suggest women begin regular mammograms starting at age 40, 10 years earlier than the previous guidance. Nikki Battiste takes a look at what prompted the change.
